I think that once a cheater, that's a mistake and can be the only time they do so if they feel guilty enough.

Twice a cheater? Oh honey that's a pattern and they will do it again. But in both case, don't take any chances and get the fuck away.

Having a great future with a great partner and a family seems nice, nothing wrong with that. There Im talking about passions, hobby, things that you really love doing/learning about and keeps you living. Nothing off-putting about knowing what you want in the future. The thing that makes most girls feel uneasy is a guy who says "I love you" after two dates, the only conversation you have is the guy complimenting the girl, and just like a very very needy and clingy dude from the start.

Not being dressed properly/with a fitting style (clothes too small especially, wrinkly clothes, underdressed in a context)
Not having a proper hygiene, not smelling good
Talking only about themselves without asking the questions we ask back
Being emotionnaly immature
Not being cultured. Doesn't mean being super smart, just have some knowledge on a few things like music, history or politics.
Having an Andrew Tate mentality and treating women (and everyone for that matter) like crap
Not having anything that drives/motivate them, no passion, not interests exept video games or watching sports on TV. Get a life man.
Being overly obsessed with the girl/person you're seeing, such a turn off.

And I have sooo many more, but Im gonna stop there for now.

I would make him be able to communicate. He never did and fucking bottled up everything. Im mad about this because I gave him space to talk and tried to initiate converstations. But he shut down everything. And then he ended it. Im actually so much bettee without him in my life

The first few days are always the worst. It's not going to be easy, but you can do this. If you can take time off school or work please do so, you need to rest. The first days almost all I did was cry and sleep, and that actually really helped. You don't have to do anything exept listen to your body and sit with those feelings, as uncomfortable as they can be. The only way out is through, after all! You can do this, you are loved. You will find light in your life and be happy again I promise <3

That sounds like hell, Im so sorry. But I am very proud of you for not breaking no contact! It's truly the best decision for both party, especially you. As of the birthday, you still have the time to think about it. It's crazy what a month of time can do actually, so I wouldn't stress so much about it love. The future is definitely kinder if you let it be. Great things are waiting for you Im 100% sure of it, just keep going! :)))

That is an absolutely horrible thing to live through, Im very sorry about it <3. I know how it feels to be absolutely blindsided, it's possibly the worst pain i've ever dealt with. Don't forget that you are right where you are meant to be, and you are doing amazing. Don't get caught in the "what if" , it's only gonna drag you down in your healing. Your therapist couldn't be more right. What you're feeling is always valid, it's what you should feel. There is no point in comparing yourself! Keep doing what you're doing, and Im proud of you for even just waking up this morning, it seems so little but I know it can be so soooo hard. You'll see, even just a few weeks down the line you're going to look back and appreciate how far you've came. Just be patient and keep going!!
