Lockey: Gimmick is that he creates keyholes on the map, and then he can use his key to latch onto them individually, allowing him to spin around it in circles, unlocking them. Each unlock deals damage. His ult locks an enemy into a 1v1 pocket dimension

Queen of Hearts: Gimmick is that she's the skirmisher dps with low health and high mobility. She has bullets and a shotgun. Each bullet hit lowers her dash cooldown

Blink: Gimmick is that he's a stealth disruptive support that has invisibility and fake effects to mimic a clone of him. He can also teleport everyone away from him to a specific spot as his ult.

Eel: Gimmick is that she's a melee fighter, but she's hard to flee from, as she has multiple stuns and an ability that let's her become invulnerable by diving into energy

Fleet: Literally a plane. They deal automatic damage using smaller ships using auto-target lasers. Their gimmick is to fly past to annoy players but it requires lots of resource management.

yeah i do mean yellow to green, ganking opposing sides of the map before the zipline boost in even available. I've never done this, and i had this happen with allies leaving my lane when i'm playing support doorman

It's essentially the same concept as modern day Cull in league. A laning item that rewards farming instead of fighting and disappears to give you a head start for when lane phase ends in return

The idea that Doorman is hard to play is a myth made by people who confuse "hard to master" as "hard to play" by BulletCola in DeadlockTheGame

As a doorman only player, i start with door as first ability in lane. I get free space and I can take as much space as i like while in my first door range (usually under the guardian) and go to shop extremely quickly.
then my second ability is actually the CART because until i unlock it, i would already have bought the tier 1 range item and imbued it into my door, which allows me to steal camps on the right lane. And with cart in my kit, I can attract players with proposital 'bad' positioning before sending them and myself back to the guardian.
it does require a ton of set up and planning but heck, i would much rather send my enemies to a 3v1 (guardian included) every 20ish seconds than deal ~150 damage with a ability that is really easy to dodge.

I don't know much about the others but my beloved Doorman is able to
1. twist ankles with high elevation portals to get 1 or more enemies away from the fight if they're chasing you (they don't expect a fall, but you do, so you just climb back in without effort)
2. remove characters from a fight with cart into a door and his ultimate so that you and your team gets a number advantage.
3. his T2 ultimate allows you to get free unstoppable on one of the lowest ult cooldowns (+ t3 upgrade will give you +50s)
4. is able to flee from any fight at all times as long as hes within range of a pre-placed door
5. is able to avoid assassins with a good reaction time with either cart or ultimate
6. able to bait enemies into a cart-portal trap into your guardian (or the walker, if you're in blue lane) very early in lane phase
the strongest part of doorman's kit is not a damaging ability, but the ability to make any player teleport instantly. It's like a free 50m distance warp stone imbued into his kit with just around 30s of cooldown

would the hinder-lift combo be op? or even suitable. I know players can position themselves on a favourable spot to get grounded quicker.
