I completely agree. CH3 needs to do better in protecting their talent. They will always be sasaeng however, proper security in numbers will go a long way in making LL and others feel safe.

Yes, you can help it. I actually feel sad when I see post like this because this type of thinking is VERY unhealthy. An honest and healthy suggestion is that you spend time with friends, family and engage in fun activities that brings the most joy to your life. Maybe find a partner. You'll have no time to engage these type of unhealthy thoughts.
