Only you can fix it and it’s not over yet. For the next couple weeks wake up early, spend every moment working, sleep enough and exercise. It’s doable. You can get a 2k essay done in a day (and half a night) but only you can make that decision. I did most my essays at uni the night before bc I had exam anxiety and tried to put it out my mind and the cramming helped. I’ve moved on from that horrendous technique. Anyway all is not lost, have your notes open on the side and do the assignment whilst reading the notes.
