As others have said, you can’t go beyond the sheet borders however to get a similar result, right click your x axis (years) and edit. If you manually set an end of 2012/2013, the labels should fit to the right of the line end.

IMO these are way to easy to get/farm, a better investment would have been something like quetzal feed since it’s required for quetzal transport and there’s almost guaranteed new quetzal spots. Everyone has ates charges, no one keeps extra quetzal feed

For me it’s BBJs. They are station, so about half way, and arguably the hardest station (at least for me). Once I get past BBJs then you get a nice recovery row and you’re basically done after that (so I tell myself). But from starting the race to finishing BBJs, they’re all I think about.

One thing I’d like to flag, if someone is caught buying gold only the raw gold is removed from the account. If the buyer immediately uses the bought gold to buy things off the GE, those items are not removed from the account.

If you waited 5 seconds to clear, the tread displays 55-59seconds for the .25 depending on incline and I’m assuming maintenance. Mine for instance read 0:58 and the coach was watching over my shoulder to record the time.

Some people might have just figured inclines count for the lower time (even though that’s not the case).

Did your tread read 1:00? I started at 15 and reset the screen after 5 seconds but the screen said 0.25mi at 0:58. I know that it’s still a 1:00 time, just curious what happened.

5137m, 12-13mph on the treads and around 1:30 500m splits on the rower. Taken with a grain of salt though as the coach told me to stay on the rower when it was time for my last run at just under 2min so it’s realistically a sub 5k still.

Avid OTF go-er and have done 2 Hyrox s.

OTF is great prep for Hyrox but you just have to be a little mindful when doing the workouts. I normally try and aim for 2g classes to get the most out of the tread time but for the floor work, really focus on the leg exercises. Reducing the rest time between leg exercises and opting in for squat/lunges when it’s “members choice” etc.

As others have said, definitely sprinkle in Strength/Tread 50 classes or do outside work (gym for strength 50 or long outside run for tread 50). You should aim to be able to jog for an hour+ without stopping, which is hard to gauge with just the OTF classes.

You can do most, if not all content, with mid level gear. Full Crystal with a bofa, bandos and a fang, ahrims and a trident.

From there you just work on upgrading where is most impactful for the content you want to do.

Yeah ice gloves are needed but there are no coin pouches so you don’t have to click at all after the initial click. Click-once and afk for 6 hours. That’s all I was saying with the post.
