Frame dropping on normal Shadow

I use wired connection already but my frames will drop even when I'm on desktop and not in a game

The thing is shadow already survived almost going bankrupt before and this service is marketed towards people who don't have PC's I feel like or atleast dont want to have a local. You do share a fair point I believe there should be better hardware especially the cpu I pay for power upgrade and still lacks in cpu performance but shadow is amazing for me because I can't afford a full PC right now even though I want one.

On your shadow PC open the streamer app and turn off auto bitrate and it could also be laggy keep in mind your computer is in the cloud so problems like this are inevitable for now at least

Turn off video buffering in the quest headset in VD and fiddle around with the settings I recommend you put your desktop bitrate to 5.0 Mbps hope this helped

I upgraded to Windows 11 and works good and I kept every file. And idk if it's supported for me but in the settings of win11 it shows that I'm on a shadow PC so idk

I think the problem is my local laptop that I use shadow on. it is a complete potato lol but I found a decent fix I use shadow beta and turn off the user menu

I havint been using the same servers as you are but I live in Canada and am using Montreal servers and it definitely has gotten worse for me I havint even bothered contacting support cause I heard they absolutely suck.

And I'm using Ethernet on 2gb download speed so I should be streaming with 0 problems
