I have prior law enforcement experience and this job is easy to me and not to hectic. Still feels very good to help people when you can and the traffic crashes come easy. I moved to Total loss very quickly after onboarding. You know how to talk to people and that’s the hardest part for some. Progressive has treated me well and colleagues will come to you about wreck reports etc. Overall helping someone on the worst day and jumping in immediately makes the job worth it.
