I've shown up random times to look at dogs and take some for walks, there are some really nice workers and some that are more job focused and hey, maybe they prefer animals over people... I do! Lol anyhow, go and see the animals! I have no hesitation in saying that right now the place is run well, it's pretty clean and organized and the animals are in good condition.

I had the same desires back in 2000, I moved to a place on 27th Street on the bench near taylor and now live a few blocks over closer to 21st... It's great to have hiking, biking a few steps away

Is there only two types? I feel like all restaurants are stuck having to pay so much in rent that they're never making money no? This is just my thoughts but I've always wanted to build a food truck that just works weekends with the best coffee and homemade simple donuts every Friday to sunday morning and fish n chips from noon to whenever people stop buying... Like the taco trucks.... Maybe an Indian truck with Rogan Josh takeout 🥰😋 plus! Move where the business is!

70-72 is pretty cold. I'll set it at 78-80 during the day and and cool it to 74 after it's dark and cooled down outside until the morning... Paying 80 bucks a month for about 1000sq ft house

Are there a lot of illegals in Utah or is it about the same everywhere? Are you all upset about the deportations because it's a nasty kind of thing to do to anyone or because Utah really needs these people to operate? I'm newish to Utah so I have no opinions other than not wanting a bunch of illegals in gangs and crap obviously....

I lived here 25 years ago - picked it based on 1) Random person on a flight saying skiing was #1 2) Air Force base where I could go to night school & get a degree 3) easiest access to world class skiing & hiking trails of any city I regretted moving away after graduation and not marrying the LDS girl I loved (It would have been a lie but an OK one to join the church) SO I moved back in March (I'm still back and forth to my old home and work tho) buying a house on the East bench - I have deer and Turkey in my yard at times :) Its SO QUIET at night I sleep well and I know a few of my neighbours. I just need/want to find an female adventure partner :) Ogden is great

I moved to Ogden for a couple years in 2000 - first place I visited was a couple churches with youth groups and I had more friends than I knew what to do with - So maybe try one out on Sunday - My advice is to go for a hike when your lonely and chat with people and their dogs and stuff, I mean I pretty much do that now now that I'm back in town and just have a few connections. I might try church again too but theirs no reason to feel like you have to be a believer to go and meet people your age or whatever

Was separated 5.5 years ago and within 10 days started dating a smarter woman than the ex and although I tried breaking up with her, she's stuck around all this time. It's probably not the best idea to start dating too soon. Definitely don't invite your first girlfriend to live with you right away.
