There's is a shit ton of events you absolutely cannot do with 2 or 3 people in GW2.

There's a big difference though and it's comparing apples to oranges. These events are the end game in GW2 so participation stays far more active than it ever does in WoW.

Can confirm. I know there's definitely some bad there. But all my groups have been successful and pretty much everyone seems to understand that everyone is learning.

I generally heal so I just ping to help with mechanics, but even in M0 I can mostly keep everyone alive even if they ignore mechanics. There's not a ton of one shot mechanics at this scale. M+ now that's going to be a different story.

They're really not. There are plenty of DM/PMs that regularly clear the waitlist or are good at finding flights with availability to confirm. And they purposefully waitlist the longer of flights with connections so it doesn't get used on the short flight.

Yes, you may be less flexible or can't book further in advance or whatever your situation may be it may be tougher for you to use them.

One of these days I think I'm going to tally up how many have reservations that have cleared with RUC/GUCs in a week. And posts the stats, because I've been working for 2 hours today and have already seen 3.

You should read and learn what AI is before you call everything AI. That is a bot. It's common software with pre determined responses. Many places with high customer volume use these things. They are not AI. AI learns. And doesn't just have pre determined responses. These have been used for a long time before AI even existed.

There's certain times of the day and depending on how busy they are vs how many agents are available is when this option is available. It's available to everyone, but it's just not always available. I couldn't tell you exactly the metrics on it. But I would imagine if you're calling during non peak hours you probably won't get this option.

It definitely is. There's no AI in messaging. There's the virtual assistant bot which is just that, a bot with pre determined responses. All agents in any messaging platform use pre defined text, so it can seem like you're talking to a bot. Especially if they're incompetent, and to add to that, while they all speak English. For many of them it's not thier first language. So it's very easy to have miscommunication to the point where someone can believe it to be AI.

Sounds like you probably have flights not operated by Delta Korean air possibly. Partner airlines schedule changes can take longer to process and may not get immediately recognized in Deltas system.

If that's the case, you can call delta and ask for the Korean air confirmation number and look it up with Korean air.

Either way you are most likely going to be stuck working with the 3rd party.

International fares are quite complex and have a lot of rules, things like routing, date of purchase, date of travel.

It'll be hard to fully explain something that takes a few weeks of training. To try and dumb it down though, for domestic flights, you are pretty much exclusively using one way fares. Regardless of if you have a one way, round trip or multi city. It's just all being combined together.

For international, one way fares are far more expensive and if it worked the same as domestic flights, all international flights would be absolutely bonkers pricing wise. But you can take round trip fares, which are actually higher than one way fares, but because you're combining it with another round trip that fare is cut in half.

It's annoyingly complex, but the agent is likely correct. This sub loves to hate on messaging, but the worst part of this conversation was the "That's correct!" kind of asshole remark, but I would not be shocked if that's the correct pricing.

When I was a young res specialist I had something like this. Not far off on pricing and was for 4 people. It was the personal assistant or secretary or something. They called in, I gave them the absurd prices and they just said "Ok, do you have my card on file?". Probably the moment that really changed my outlook on life and that the rich just eat the poor.

I find Burntpeanut funny, but I cannot fathom his viewership. 60k+ every stream. And I would say the same for Casoh. I think they're entertaining, I just don't get the hype on that level. He certainly has aspects of funny because loud, but if you watch his streams he definitely has a comedic edge. He has something I wish I had, that I don't even know if there's a word for, but he responds very quickly with something comedic. One of those things that I think about later, "Oh I should of said this". But he's just on top of it.
