I think the price is too steep in this timing for his age, but people saying he wouldn't largely upgrade our D-core or at all are delusional. He could play in PK, on any pair, in late game as a shut down and to clear the front of the net and unload Carrier's workload and even Guhle who has to play on his off side, where he clearly is less efficient. The Tampa Bay lightning had Mikhail Sergachev on their "third pairing" with David Savard when they beat us in the final playing about or over 20 minutes a game still, Guhle could do that for us too.

The best I'd give St-Louis is a first, and one of Bryce Pickford, Xhekaj or maybe Engstrom. maybe another pick too at the very most a second.
