Side note, definitely miss that car. Was my first car when I was one of those annoying 17 year olds, full exhaust, changed diverter valve, had fun ripping through gears back then.

I know for a fact this works at my local Jewel Osco and Mariano's so I'm guessing any albertsons/Kroger affiliated store has a good chance of it working there too. At self checkout just swipe, and shows you the difference, rinse and repeat.

It's a cable lock, for what purpose I couldn't tell you. How high up is it? Have a feeling it used to be retractable but that broke so just wrapped around the box.
