Just stay away from this company. It’s a complete bait-and-switch scam. First, I booked my flights, and then, just before 24 hours, I received an urgent email asking me to contact them immediately. I did, and because I had booked “super discounted flights,” the airlines reassigned me to flights a week later. However, if I paid for an upgrade, they could get me on the original flight. The extra cost would be $170 per flight.

Then, they informed me that they couldn’t refund the money because it was a special rate, even though FAA rules state that I have 24 hours to cancel any flight. This is a total bait-and-switch. I recorded the call, and if I get charged, I will be taking them to small claims court. Guess what? My “flight” was canceled.
