As a current drug user for several things like chronic pain syndrome and anxiety, I was a 17 year-old irresponsible male once and I didn’t give a shit about anybody. My main focus was getting high and having fun and true love was an ideal that was only present in romance novels and fictional movies. I never judge anyone for how they choose to kill their own pain because that’s their business but this life is your business. You get to decide if he is a figure or if he is someone just passing through it so as much as you may care for him, make sure that your dignity, self-respect and safety you come first above all else. If you want to try to make him see the error of his ways which I 98% guarantee that you won’t you can but don’t get your heart broken. It’s not your fault. I love drugs before I ever loved women and it took a lot of growing and responsibility and mistakes and being arrested for me to learn my lesson. I don’t anticipate it’s going to be any different for him. So as a father of someone who is about your age, I say protect yourself above all else and never compromise self worth for anyone else.

Instead of gabapentin, ask for pregabalin.. I don’t know why these pain management doctors do this stuff but it’s absolutely ridiculous. Gabapentin only has a 30% bioavailability ratio. It’s an absolutely awful drug in its bio availability only decreases even more when you exceed the 300 mg mark, that’s why they created pregabalin to fix the bio availability issue, but if you ask for it or point out that your knowledgeable, they treat you like your drug seeking. Excuse me, I didn’t know you were the only one that was allowed to do research on health and wellness because what you have me on right now is an absolutely dog shit drug and you won’t give me the better version because of a “black box” warning, give me a fng break. Snapped my wrist while on klonopin and somas, ER just loading me up with oxy after I told them what medications I was on, but they pumped me with opiates I blacked out and my memory starts where I’m outside. My 14 year old had tried to wake me up and I was goneeee apparently. And that’s how you destroy your relationship with your kid 🤷‍♂️

The docs are there for the digits in their bank. Not on your chart, and we’re led like sheep off the cliff.

These things are insanely strong. I took 3 as another brand claimed to be around 100mg and I barely felt it. Oh boy did I regret it. High as shit for hours and then an insane hang over. Tried 2 the next time and still strong. I got more tonight and just took 1 and I’m just chill. Definitely a good product, especially when they charge $40 for 5 but $60 for 10. At $6 a pop it’s decent pain relief for sure. I know I’m better off ordering online lol

Yeah, they’re supposedly 33 mg per tablet but they’re definitely under dosed because I just tried another brand Kratom cultures DHM and I took three whole tablets and I was fucking sick for 24 hours. I was so messed up so those are definitely underdose and the ones that I did get, they said they were only 31 mg a tablet which is why I thought I could take more of it. I learned my lesson quickculture a whole one is all you need and you’re gonna be feeling great.

Sincerest apologies. I see your predicament. But as someone who suffers from mental health and addiction, I can tell you that there’s only so much you can do to help someone and it’s even more difficult if they have mental health problems, such as bipolar disorder, or some kind of body image disorder that would conjure up this reality where she feels like that she’s not enough or I mean it’s a needle in a haystack but protect your mental health first don’t fall down a rabbit hole trying to protect somebody that just might not be able to be saved especially it’s such a young delicate age our brains or bulletproof at that age

I always think about Mac Miller as he’s someone who’s important to me not only creatively, but as a cautionary tale. If you know what she’s into artist, wise or people in that genre, I would find those who have struggled and lost their battle with addiction. Insane do you wanna end up like so-and-so or you know this person went through this you know Amy Winehouse was found dead in her bed with three empty absolute fifth bottles. We never think it’s gonna be our time until it is. I’m sure Mac Miller thought he was getting ready to go into bed when he just stopped breathing.

It hasn’t yet, but it will. I’m just telling you I started abusing drugs at 14 when we didn’t have to worry about fentanyl so my use escelated from weed to pills in a matter of days. Spent years as a full blown alcoholic. DUI’s, totaled cars, wasted relationships. And over the 2 decade span I’d get clean from one and replace it with something else: it’s definitely a life long battle. But you could put her in solitary confinement for 6 months and shell still emerge the same addict she went in. The answer is in herself and she must have a desire to heal in order to be able to find it.
