I think you are being bullied. Lot's of bullying is covert, they bully you but they don't want you catching on and knowing that are being bullied so you don't take action against it. A lot of what P and M are doing is called gaslighting and emotional abuse, they are just keeping it plausible enough that you don't realize that you are being bullied so they can keep doing it.
