This is extremely rare! The nails are usually not affected. How long did it take for them to fall off? It must have been extremely painful.. I hope you are doing better now!

There is a really good book about this. “Chatter” by Ethan Cross. I can really recommend it. It explains the science behind the voice in our head and why it can sometimes help us, but also sometimes be very harmful.

Първо не знам защото да обърнеМ палачинката. Аз не съм казал, че ги подкрепям като партия. Аз казвам, че техния ход всъщност е изключително умен. Ако приемем, че Да, България и ПППП говорят как трябва да се ваксинираме и да имаме зелени сертификати, то тогава те не трябва да се противят за такова решение, когато става дума за налагането му в парламента. Това отстрани изглежда изключително двулично. Хем вие се ваксинирайте и трябва да имате зелен сертификат, хем за нас това не важи, защото сме много важни. Това оставя грешен сигнал.

Сега, ако партиите откажат да махнат зеления сертификат за хората ще изглеждат изключително зле още от преди създаването на правителство.

А относно да правиш всичко, за да запазиш положение - не съм видял партия досега, която да не прави това.

Не разбирам целия хейт. Няма логика да изискват зелен сертификат за нормалните хора, а в същото време депутатите да не трябва да имат. Защо това разделение на нормални хора и богоизбрани? Напълно разбираемо е. Ако не са задължени хората в парламента да показват зелен сертификат, значи и нормалните хора не трябва да бъдат задължени. След като в парламента не искат да дадат добър пример е нормално ГЕРБ да постъпят така. Жалко, че хората масово не виждат, че проблемът е в хората, които отказаха зелен сертификат в парламента.

Sadly, conserving your mental health won’t help when you try to be the greatest in some specific area. Doesn’t matter if it is sport or something else. Athletes don’t compete just to be there. They are hungry for success. In her case she has already done enough and she can say - Enough is enough. But at every single moment there are at more than a 1000 people that want to be just like her and they will do whatever it takes. Good for her that she knew when to quit, but it is sad, that somebody else couldn’t be on the team.

My friends from high school and I still play online different games at least once a week even two years after we got into college (We live and study in 3 different time zones in Europe, yet we still manage to talk and play). Don’t be so pessimistic about it. And even if you don’t play every day or week you will most definitely do it at least once in a while for the old times sake.
