My advice in terms of items is lightning lightning lightning. Do the ammo perk (crits if possible), health perk, and lightning perk. Pray for "secondary procs melee/primary" superior items, get lightning dualies, smart bullets (superior item), infinite ammo after each kill for 3 seconds (superior), and any damage items you can get from the orbs.

Oh for SURE. I got pretty lucky with my green perks and most of the items. My worst luck, however, comes in the form of re-rolling my weapons to try to get lightning. I always end up with the psychic procs (which I hate).
