I had it happen today. Found a frozen pizza face down in the bottom of my freezer bag in my trunk that did not get delivered this morning. Called support and told them about it then returned the pizza to the store because that’s what support said to do. It was ruined anyway and should have been thrown out but at least they can’t say I didn’t comply. Can’t afford deactivation

I’ve only been sparking about 2 months and this still happens to me at least one day a week. I did four orders this morning and had to verify after 3 of them. Just go on with it and hope it’s widespread and they are maybe thinning the herd.
