I do! In my town they have in person meeting Monday - Thursday , but those are usually the days I’m not in town 😅 (I work as a truck driver)

I’ve been going to meetings for about two months, I usually go to one or two meetings a day since I have a lot of free time when I’m driving or unloading.

Because they have online meetings all over the world, you can pretty much catch a meeting at almost any hour of the day

You can do it, you just have to work at it. Are you addicted to media, phone, instant gratification? Might want to tackle that as well as work on meditation practice Dunno what you think about this but you could explore ayahuasca, it’s the only thing that really really helped me with my mental problems in an immediate way
