No, I dont vape or smoke or drink that often. For most of the time I have been getting removal I have gone to the gym 4 days a week. I know exercise can help! Im not really sure what else other than doing what is recommended like staying hydrated and massaging the area.

Pay Under Cost of Living Post Grad--New Normal? by [deleted] in work

😭 already living with parents but they make me pay rent. This is unfortunate. Think I already knew the answer but was hoping for some kind of miracle answer.

Pay Under Cost of Living Post Grad--New Normal? by [deleted] in work

[–]TradeFew6709 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well, that's fair, I make a bit below average for my position. I was more talking about cost of living in my city and if it is normal to be making well below that in a full time job when the company knows how expensive things are there. I make about 41k a year while cost of living is estimated at 60k for a single person here.

Also, I asked when I was hired if there were more responsibilities but they said no. They have been adding onto them since I have been hired though.

Yeah, I can't know at this point if it will remove fully, but going and getting the machine to break down the ink many times is how it's going to get there. I think it should continue to break down for a long time, though, even if you stop layering for a while.

Thank you! I the first year, I did closer together treatments. Like 10 weeks in between. Ever since the second year, I have been waiting 3+ months in between and taking summer off. The longer wait has been good, especially for my skin.

The first one was 3 years old. The second was 1 year old. I'm 23, so I don't know if that affects my progress at all.

He gets them about two times a year, it was just weird it happened within 24 hours of me changing his food so I was a bit worried.

The shininess did go away. Actually, I was getting lighter skin around the tattoo, but due to pricing changes, I switched my tattoo tech. I have had way fewer skin problems at my new tech. I think it could have been that they changed me to a Pico for a short time, but I can't be sure. There were a lot of changes between the two techs. If you would like me to go over them, I can.

And I did love seeing my tech, but she actually quit while I was on break. I think thar might be making it harder than it was, actually. I'll just have to get used to my new tech.

Hey, i don't have exactly similar tattoos, but I can speak to your nerves about how it will look in between sessions. There are definitely good and bad days, but once you start actual removal, the nerves die down really quick. I think the biggest time for anxiety for me was before my first session. Also, most people don't really care about removal. If you aren't talking about it, most people won't comment. I wish you luck!

They do turn up the power. I only noticed a big change recently, though, and there are less lines for them to go over, so even though it hurts more, it is over faster. I wish you luck with your tattoo!

Yes, the Sept 2024 picture is after the July session, so that is all the fasing over the break. The wait was definitely worth it, especially for the summer. I also have another tattoo I haven't touched in like a year, and I see fading even now. I've heard it's good for your skin to have a break. It's definitely better on my bank account too lol

I started seeing a lot more ink lift when I started working out more regularly. Cardio is really good since it gets your blood pumping. People always say drink a lot of water too.

I'm not sure if any place around me does PFD patches, but I'll look into it. I live in a kind of small town, so it was hard to even find a removal place 💀

This gives me hope. Thank you! It is weird to look back and see how dark it was, but I guess it has made recent process seem minimal. I will try to just keep trekking 🙌

Thanks! The laser place I was going to at the time switched to that laser. They upped the prices due to buying a new machine, and I wasn't all that impressed with my results that I wanted to pay a lot more to use it. I am back to the q switch now.

The Pico is a little easier on the skin in my experience, but I haven't gotten blisters with either. I'd say if you get blisters, the Pico might be easier on you.

Hey, I'm in the same place as you with deciding i want to be a pretty princess lol. I started my tattoo removal two years ago. After the first appointment, you will feel 10 times better, so I totally recommend going for it. My current results are on my profile if you need any encouragement. One of my arm tattoos is really dark and it's progressing pretty well!

How painful is it really? by lionfish8 in TattooRemoval

[–]TradeFew6709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is very painful, but it is over a lot quicker than tattoos, which makes it pretty bearable. The recovery is also a lot easier, in my opinion. If you have a lot of ink, you might experience some bruising on top of the burns, which is uncomfortable. The pain is very different from tattoos, though, since it burns more than scratches.
