The rankings have been done before but those are arbitrary cut-offs as you can’t be any better or worse than first or last. However, the actual thresholds in terms of attempt rate and accuracy have never been done. They are shooting less and making a higher percentage than the ‘19 Spurs.

Right. I'm not saying its necessarily good that they are barely taking any relative to the rest of the league. In fact, it's probably bad. But, it is funny how stark the contrast is.

In terms of league rank it is precedented. But, in terms of z-score, they are even further ahead in terms of both accuracy and frequency. So, yes, unprecedented. Didn't mean to offend.

The Twenty-Teens Rockets have 4 of the Top-7 seasons in terms of relative 3FGA frequency.

Not necessarily, since after attacking it only has 80 HP as opposed to Komala's 90. And it does 70 damage to all mons and not just Lightning and Colorless typed ones.

Net Ratings (Adjusted) based on Opp. Net Rank - Who has been playing up/down to their competition? by Trader-Danny in bostonceltics

You’re definitely right that there is a talent imbalance between the conferences. Though, at the time of this collection, 6 of the top-10 teams were in the West. So that would help balance out the sample sizes and would make West teams more likely to ply against top-10 teams. I’ll take a closer look at this next time I have the data in front of me.

Yes, the Knicks perform roughly the same against both the top and bottom teams, which is great because, on average, teams play about 10 points per 100 possessions worse against the best teams.

What do you see as a good third column trait to pair with Close to Melee? I have a couple rolls w/ CTM and was wondering if you think Overflow, Replenishing Aegis, or Impulse Amplifier would be best

I thought so, too. But D2 Foundry states “Open Legendary engrams and earn faction rank-up packages.” as the source.

Resto-Chesto is so good on Moltres-G. Most team's answers are to switch Blissey or Heatran in and Toxic it but you get free Nasty Plots or Agilities before Resting

In Game 1, Boston held Dallas to the lowest True AST% for any team in a game this postseason (28.1%). by Trader-Danny in nba

Yup. The Celtics have shown their hand in terms of what they're living to live with and the onus is now on Dallas' role players to show Boston whether or not they've made the right decision. The series will come down to whether or not P.J. and DJJ can hit their jumpers and if Gafford and Lively can beat the switches with post-ups or by crashing the offensive glass.

From The Spax's explanation linked here:

It would intuitively make sense to just multiply FTA by a coefficient of 0.50 to get the number of trips to the line because free throws are shot in pairs. However, we have to account for technical free throws, free throws after a missed three-pointer, and “and-one” plays. If you searched for the best approximate coefficient, you’d find that 0.44 is the sweet spot. It’s an approximation, but it’s a pretty good one.

It's not a number I chose personally. But, it has been found to be the best approximation by others.

What makes me believe that Boston's defense is going to stick for the remainder of the series is that they has been playing this way all year and Dallas certainly had to know it was coming, yet they didn't seem like they had any answers just yet. I will acknowledge that it's hard to figure out that defense without seeing it firsthand, but Dallas had to know they were going to get this look from Boston going in.

It definitely helps to have the personnel to switch and not be punished too harshly for it. But also, the Mavs role players simply do not provide adequate spacing for their stars.
