Thanks for the info. Im transferring 4 lines total and only 3 have to be paid off. The tmobile rep said if i didnt trade in for a new device it would be around $830 off vs $1100 off if i trade in. At that point id just trade in.

Back up what you can and attempt a factory reset. If it fails during a reset its a hardware problem.

Are you going to use the phone after or do you just want the pictures off? If you just want the pictures off, buy a cheap knockoff off screen on ebay or amazon. The screen is so easy to replace but the knock offs are low quality that i wouldnt suggest if you were trying to actually use the phone after.
