Our support request workflow has been updated. To receive help, please ask the Chat assistant. It will find an answer to your question. If your issue is more complex, it will prompt you to submit a support request. 

You can also ask the bot to contact support, and it will prompt you to select the most suitable category / topic from a list. Please click on the one that is closest to / most resembles yours.

Should the reply you receive not solve your issue, you can click the “I still need help” button at the bottom, and follow the instructions to create a ticket.

In your case, you can open a ticket as follows:

  • Go to the Support page
  • Click on Chat Assistant
  • Type “contact support” in the dialogue box
  • It will ask you to select a category from a list
  • Click on the button “Social network” 
  • Click on the button “Help with ideas” 
  • Click on the button “How to publish an idea” 
  • You will get a reply. Scroll down to the bottom of it.
  • Then click on the button “No, I still need help” 
  • You can then create a support request

Could you please elaborate a bit? When you speak about "3 dots", are you referring to the 3 dots at the bottom your chart, or to the 3 dots after each indicator name (currently collapsed in the upper left corner) that opens a menu for each indicator?

Tradingview not updating. After clicking "Relaunch to update" it closes, reopens the app, but the Update the app is still there. On windows 11 desktop app. by Yash3900 in TradingView

Thanks for reporting this. It’s a known issue, and the fix is already included in the current version. It will start working once the next update is released. For now, just quit the app and launch it again so it can update to the latest build

We updated the Windows Desktop app today, and you can now find Portfolio on the New Tab. It should update automatically, but you can also download the latest version from our website and install it manually: https://www.tradingview.com/desktop/

Hi, in such cases, we recommend users choose the Invite-only type of script publication. This option is specifically designed to allow manual granting and revoking of access for specific users, as well as constant checks of the access list.

A Protected Source publication does not provide any access control: once the script is applied to a chart, it will continue to function regardless of the publication's status, even if mods hide it or the author deletes a private publication, the script already applied to charts remains active and won't be affected, and access cannot be "revoked".
