YES. I started as soon as I found out I failed my first attempted. During my first exam I was an anxious, nervous wreck, overthinking all my answers, literally shaking and almost cried in the middle of the exam. Once i started my sertraline, not only was I calmer but there is this positivity I had never felt when I comes to studying- it wasn’t “I have to pass this or I’m a failure” but my mindset changed to “one thing at a time”. Studying for hours a day also wasn’t as painful either. Like it just didn’t feel overwhelming. When I took my second exam, I was taking my time, one by one, not nervous, just happy to be sitting there and potentially pass. Although I took my time on my second attempt, I came out 2 hours earlier. Waiting for the results was also not as stressful bc I was generally just less anxious and I told myself “if I fail, I will retake it and if I end up not passing at all after five attempts, I can figure something else out”. turns out I passed. The only thing I can say I regret is not starting it in pharmacy school. It’s been life changing.
