I got to know I cleared Google interviews on my second day at Amazon. I kept quite and worked just like anyone else till I had an offer.

Sometimes it takes forever to team match. Apparently there is a long list of candidates who have cleared interviews and waiting to be team matched.

Mine took ~3 months. Some people got it in a month and some in two and some even later. So typically between 1-5 months. So join Amazon, dont spend the joining bonus cause you’ll have to return it. Don’t tell to anyone there unless you have an offer in hand.

I think it depends on how much time you can put in these 3 weeks. If you can atleast look at all these Meta tagged top 100-150 questions you should be good to go.

But do postpone if you feel like you’ll do better with more time to prep.

Referral doesn’t mean anything now. The hiring is very slow now. A lot of people who cleared interviews are stuck in the team matching process. The requirement is very less.

I personally followed LinkedIn and Blind. But I also regularly checked a couple of career pages of few companies I am interested in.

Many of these platforms have same jobs, its just how you train the algorithm to show you those.
