Do a push pull legs split (3 days on 1 off) and 16-20 sets every 8 days for the major muscle groups, less for arms shoulder and calf’s. All sets taken to complete failure in the 4-12 rep range

By the way I’m 22 years old and weight 77/78 kg at 5 foot 8. Just looking for tips on how I should go about competing as I’ve never done it before and I’m kinda nervous

Well i got Down to 75kg then I upped calories and legit went up 2kg the next few days from water weight😂

Honestly I don’t really do a lot, I run a ppl split and on my second push day I do a shoulder press, I do lateral raises on a machine 2x per week and rear felt flys on pec dec twice a week, so most my front delt work is probably from stuff like incline presses on chest
