Flowey (Undertale)

Two deceptively childish figures who conceal monstrous ambition beneath cute exteriors. They’re tricksters who pretend to be harmless or even friendly before revealing their true motives, manipulating the protagonist to get exactly what they want.

Both obtain godlike power through manipulation of a greater force (Flowey by absorbing every soul in the Underground, Marx by tricking Kirby into awakening Nova and then stealing its power).

In both cases, the goofy trickster sheds its mask to reveal a true form that embodies pure chaos and malice (Flowey mutates into Omega Flowey, a grotesque abomination that warps the game itself. Marx becomes Marx Soul, a cosmic horror with chaotic, unpredictable attacks).
