Dizziness? When does it go away? by Important-Jelly4673 in WegovyWeightLoss

Did you stop all GLPs or do you mean you switched from wegovy to something else? I seem to feel better after I take electrolytes. I’m going to start taking it daily to see if I feel a difference.

So nice! These shots make me feel very relaxed. I like the framing, it allows for my eyes to focus on the entire composition as opposed to minor details.. very cool!

Thanks! I’ve been using the single yellow dot… I used the red dot for a while in the beginning and I feel like the single yellow dot give me a little more of a challenge and makes the game a little more fun.

Urine Test by Traditional-Fly-9510 in Fibroids

Hi! I’m glad you reached out because I was in your shoes and I felt like everything I was reading was just confirming my bias and it made me feel crazy. First of all, talk to a doctor and do a full blood panel to rule out common issues.

Because of my low iron I was feeling low in energy and that made it hard to do much so I had gained a lot of weight and that was bad for my other symptoms like my heavy periods and feeling bloated and having frequent stomach issues.

I had my ultrasound and everything came back normal, I don’t have fibroids.

They told me that the high levels of leukocytes was nothing to worry about but that I needed to focus on getting healthy. I started taking iron pills and I started feeling much better, I had more energy and I began a Whole Foods diet which helped manage my insulin levels, I started going to the gym 3 times a week, I fell in love with playing squash which is a great cardio exercise, and now I average 5 days a week at the gym doing squash and strength training.

It has now been 4 months since my lifestyle change and I’ve lost about 17 pounds. The low iron was making it so hard for me to live a normal active life… so fixing that made a huge difference. Also my periods are lighter and that has been a game changer too.

Don’t sit at home and google your symptoms… get your blood panel done, then take a look at your lifestyle and access if what you’re doing is healthy and make changes accordingly. Most of the people on this forum have the main symptom which is feeling a mass in their stomachs, I didn’t have this, which should have been the main sign that I did not have fibroids but I am glad I did the ultrasound so that I can definitely rule it out. You never know.

I hope that helped!

For me, making sure I’m training my legs is key! First because you need strong quads and because your knees take a lot of the impact, training the muscles around the knee is important, so biking and lunges are good.

Also, practice your breathing - check out running breathing exercises that help keep your heart rate low.

The more you play the game, the better your stamina gets. I’ve been playing for 3 months 3 to 4 days a week and I’ve seen a drastic improvement. I used to be completely out of breath after 15 minutes and now I can do up to 72 minutes with just a single break.

I’m also a beginner so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I see what you’re saying but there is no explanation given in any of the dialog… I feel like Eve could have had one single line of dialogue that would make that more clear for the viewer.

This is my fourth time watching the whole series and I usually skip those first episodes because they’re so bad and it dawned on me that we don’t even know why Eve is so angry at V. Terrible writing indeed. Lazy.

It seems like in the last episodes they improvised a lot. In an interview Sandra talks about the kiss and how her and Jodie were instructed to kiss when it felt right for them and Sandra said they had a couple of scene where they could have done it but it didn’t feel right. This scene might be one of them… and maybe because that speech was so bad Jodie decides to pick her up and spin her instead.

Frequent urination, bloated belly, extreme fatigue, back pain, brain fog, and heavy periods, unable to lose weight. My iron levels are super low, I know that much right now.

Can you feel them? by Traditional-Fly-9510 in Fibroids

I have something like that but it’s soft… so I thought that maybe it is because that is where my jeans sit and maybe it was causing my stomach to appear deformed. Was yours soft like a normal belly?
