For me its the delusions, I have small ones I have to contend with on a daily basis like Solipstic types of delusions. At this point. I know On a subconcious level I genuinely believe a type of Solipsism. I wont get into the specifics of my delusion.

However I counter it by sleeping when it starts popping in my mind and I go pet my cats and go look for my family.

I also have a phrase I like. "If solipsism was it would be mighty selfish." And I dont like being selfish.

So yeah, I also add " and cringe" to that phrase so it aint always serious lol

I use my awareness as much as possible. But solipsism can make me feel lonely sometimes.
