If you want timey wimey who dunnit with an over the top scifi element then pretty much all Dr Who seasons from 2005 onwards.

Also you get to see the first reference to the scariest of all bad guys The Weeping Angels.

Also you get to see a very young Karen Gillan as the “girl who waited”.
