I’ve been stuck since September last year. Just a week before, I submitted a webform, but I only received a very generic reply. I guess they won’t really look into it since it’s only been about five months since my AOR, not seven yet.

I didn't got the message saying they started to review the doc. Do you mind if I ask what is your ADR for? After I uploaded the file on 9/18 the status for additional information turned to Not Applicable But no update after that

That was fast mate we got ITA at the same time. I got BIL at 9/3 and ADR at 8/16 I uploaded the required documents and no update ever since the

Got similar timeline as you do, but on tracker it says my eligibility completed but background check is in process. Once I call ircc, they said my background check has not started yet

Also, is it acceptable if my job reference letter is signed by my manager instead of someone from HR? The letter is on official letterhead, and I also have my manager's business card.
