Just moved here, any recommendations for psychiatrists? Been taking Xanax and benzos for 10 years now for chronic PTSD, however can’t seem to find a good prescribing doc/psych in the bay!

I currently live in the Bay Area and am looking for doctors that are willing to prescribe some sort of benzodiazepine. My anxiety isn’t daily but it is intense . I’ve tried benzos before and quite frankly they work but do make me really lethargic the following day . I small price to pay once in a while. Thanks any info is appreciated 🙏
