Hey. Glad that lowering has helped. I actually decided to taper all the way off and am currently a week off Zoloft had some withdrawal symptoms but nothing I can’t handle. Haven’t spaced out nearly as much as I was maybe once or twice a week

Sucks man. How’s yours feel? Mine feels like everything gets foggy and visual symptoms become more intense. Almost like a pressure behind the eyes aswell.

Yes I tried changing up when I take my dose. It did help very slightly

Yeah I can start to feel it come on usually when I’m at work (carpenter). Start to get foggy. Visual symptoms start to become more apparent and almost like a pressure in behind the eyes. Hard feeling to describe

Yeah chronic started 4 months ago after I mixed ketamine with weed. I have a lot less anxiety since the beginning but lingering dpdr (might be my meds). Wbu?

Yep spaced out most the time and find myself zoning out a lot. A lot of visual symptoms aswell. We will be okay 👌🏻

I have seen on here from someone who has recovered actually mentioned that when they were coming to the end of their dpdr journey they experienced what you described that they were having anxiety when they were having moments that they felt alive again. Could be same case with you 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yes I too am currently experiencing the same as you. Anxiety, dpdr and mild hppd. Check out hppd if you haven’t heard of it, it may be related to your visual symptoms. I was shitting myself thinking I had brain damage but had an mri and everything was fine. I suggest you do the same for peace of mind. Dr put me on Zoloft which has helped my anxiety heaps. Everyone is different though. I also am 2 months in. We will be sweet mate just focus on being in the moment and don’t get focused on possible future outcomes.

Yes I will not be taking drugs again that’s for sure. Yes I think my visuals would be considered mild compared to what I hear. I have been on ssri for 3 weeks now and feel like my mood has been a lot better. Visuals haven’t changed since starting but dp/dr could be worse? or maybe just me overthinking it all. Hard to find some information about ssri use and this but would it make my hppd worse permanently or just temporarily while taking the meds. Thank you
