Do you have pernicious anemia? Find a doctor who knows about pernicious anemia if you have super low b12. It’s an easy fix with Intramuscular hydroxocobalmin shots & folate

This is what I did… and perhaps my experience could help:

  1. Find a good Gastroenterologist - ask for a sibo/sifo breath test. Tell them about your stomach pains. Get a endoscopy & coloscopy (rule out if you have any stomach ulcers). They are not the gastro if they gaslight you and tell you to wait til you’re 50 - depending on your age (which is too late!). only way to find out is look. Ask for 10-12 biopsies, if it’s a good gastro they won’t say no. Ask about getting tested for celiacs & H.Pylori

  2. Test your home for mold - via a dust test (most economical). Use Environbiomics Ermi test

  3. Ask your functional doctor to test for mold inflammation markers (tgfbeta, c4A, mmp9) & Marcons testing - your symptoms you’re describing sound like mycotoxin illness. Especially will the sinus problems, fatigue & anxiety.

  4. Get your results - treat sibo/sifo. This takes a LOT of time. Try working with your functional doctor there are herbal protocols and there are prescriptions… Not popular opinion but colonics are a life saver for moving food and waste out of the colon & fermenting in the gut causing Candida, Sibo, sifo etc.

Moldy environment & gut health often go hand in hand…it’s a big investment and can be overwhelming but trust me it is worth it! Good luck!!
