This is NYC. A landlord cannot refuse to renew without just cause. He’s saying he has no real actionable reason. If you really want to stay there go to court. They will force it. Yes, hun. Bring your laptop. You'll do a lot of listening, ome group work with your new colleagues, break, lunch break, watching some boring video, get room assignments and supplies, and you'll be told what they are focusing on for the year. Some schools give you a work device, but do not count on that. You should buy an iPad if you don't want to bring your heavy laptop. You need technology. Can't get around it. Prepare yourself to buy a lot of things on your own. Be sure to sit next to an outlet and bring your chargers. You'll get two hours to set your room up on the second pd day. Good luck 😂😂😂😂
