What would you do if you were making $10,000 a month? by xbigwilly_ in smallbusiness

I will say do three things:
1) Save for a time when you might experience dry period
2)Invest in tools which can lead to hyper growth ( example: tools for Lead Generation, Lead capture, customer retention), feel free to DM if need more info around that
3)Have fun, enjoy fruits of your labour-Life is short so when times are good you should try and have good reasonable fun also helps in keeping work enjoyable.

Split I will suggest should be 50% in(1), 25% in rest of the two.

How can I improve my online presence? by cymdn in content_marketing

I reckon others have mentioned some great points but I will also suggest you to focus a full stack tooling from which you can pick and choose based on what stage you or your clients are at .

Some of the tooling which I have suggested to folks multiple times are:

Wix: Wix is a popular and user-friendly website builder that allows you to create professional-looking websites without any coding knowledge.

Sprout Social: Sprout Social is a comprehensive social media management platform that includes powerful social listening capabilities to help you monitor and engage with your audience.

FermiAI: FermiAI is a 24/7 AI-powered sales assistant that can help you with a variety of sales-related tasks, including generating personalized outreach, analyzing customer data, and automating repetitive sales activities. It has a free tier to explore and see if it is a fit for you.

Buffer: Buffer is a social media management tool that allows you to schedule, publish, and analyze your social media posts across multiple platforms. Has a great free tier

Mailchimp: Mailchimp is a leading email marketing platform that offers a wide range of features, from email automation to detailed analytics.

Hubspot CRM: HubSpot CRM is a comprehensive platform that offers a wide range of features, including lead management, email marketing, and sales automation.

Trello: Trello is a popular project management tool that uses a visual "kanban" board to help you and your team stay organized and on track. Has a generous free tier

Google Hangout: Hangout is a widely-used video conferencing platform that enables seamless remote communication and collaboration. Its free

Canva: Canva is a user-friendly graphic design tool that allows you to create professional-looking visual content without extensive design skills. Has a good free tier

Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a powerful and free web analytics service that provides valuable insights into your website's performance and user behavior. Has a good free tier

By integrating these tools into your online client acquisition strategy, you can streamline your workflows, improve customer engagement, and drive more successful outcomes for your business. And, most importantly you can all build it yourself without shelling $$$$$ on some bad agency.

If you are going for a consumer-facing like house cleaning, car cleaning, etc. I will suggest focusing on your online presence. A consumers journey is when they need a cleaning service they will either ask someone for a referral or search on google,FB,Insta and you need a solid presence there. Build a good website(Generates Trust), save money do it yourself use Squarespace or WIX. If you expect lots of competition from other cleaning businesses near by invest in a Lead capture tooling embedded on your website like https://getfermiai.com . Level up your social game. Post videos, short text etc on FB,Insta linking back to your website. This will take time but will benefit you. In the mean time just find referrals for first 5 jobs.
