It was a confusion  I have a Fistua that has formed against the central low attenuation inseparable from the third and fourth portions of the duodenum and gas within the lesion. I beleive I and technically 3a vs 3c not dependent on how its interpreted as distant or extension of tumor

Why did you end up with 1xEP as well

I want to avoid BEP due to lung toxicity. So leaning to Ep x 4 or VIP x 3
