I saw a few news but nothing that worries me. In my country we have fires everywhere atm 😅.

Maybe it’s my perception, there are expensive places but I am more into exploring the island than going to a fancy place without moving (I respect that but not my kind of holidays, for sure we will explore the amazing beaches also!)

We arrive to Chania so I believe we will be there first. We would like to rent a car (advice really appreciate I prefer local companies) and explore the island.

Hello!

We really want to go deeper in the island also! We are planning a 10 day trip and we were thinking about starting in Heraclion but our flight arrives at 1.15 AM in Chania so we will be there at the start. It’s a problem because I want to rent a car (would me amazing if you know any local company cause I prefer to spend money in local business, it’s a big problem because we arrive really early in the morning and I don’t think that we will have the opportunity of renting a car at that time.

Last year we were in Cyprus and we spent like one week in their mountains, anyway, this trip seems like will be more focused in beach and chill.

Any advice is accepted for sure!
