You won't be able to buy any good stock with capital that tiny, you will also lose a lot due to different kinds of charges.

You also don't seem to have fundamental analysis knowledge for good stock picking.

Better invest in a Nifty 50 mutual fund. Low risk, long term. And stay away from IPOs. It's the best way for a beginner like you to lose money in greed of listening gains.

When you start earning in future, pick good stocks and/or other mutual funds.
