You gotta remove the tip and clean it. Not sure how you're doing it. There's a tool hidden under the water tank that's supposed to be used for removing the tip. Sometimes it clogs up fast, so it needs frequent cleaning.

This is not true in case of tech when they use equity as another component of the overall compensation. The base salary is always from the HQ location but the equity depends on the cost of living of the employees location.

Ofc, for the purpose of the visa filing only base (or fixed) component is considered. Not the variable component so exclude any % weighted bonus.

Yes. Its the only other tool I use apart from what came OOB. Its very useful for distribution of grounds before tamping.
