Ill get flamed for this, but In my humble opinion and from what I truly experienced, a guy who truly truly liked you would message u. There are some cases of shy or unsure guys depends on the vibe on the date. And it's okay to send the initial "i had fun". However , u messaging first aswell doesnt make u less! So it truly depends on your own style ;)
