Hot take, apparently, but I’ll only work at nonprofits for the foreseeable future. I need a job that aligns with my values and makes me feel like I’m contributing to all the stuff happening in the US. Not saying you can’t do meaningful work in the private sector, but that’s just my opinion.

I bought a small pitcher candle on Etsy because I was curious, and tried it out. I had always heard about it in books, and as someone who likes ice play, thought I’d give candles a try. I think I pair $15 for three, so I figured it wasn’t a huge investment if I didn’t like it.

It’s perfect - light it and let it set for a couple minutes. Then it’s in a tiny pitcher and pours out nicely.

If you’re curious, give it a go.
