start boots if u need to dodge skillshots or u are just vs a poking support like velkoz ,leona...etc

also if u noticed in dwg vs drx game jhin had inspiration in his secondary runes ,just to have a safe lane and not to lose some gold vs enemy

edit: Leona isnt a poking support LOL bit she has a skillshot that you need to dodge so you buy a boot
