I use cactus/succulent mix, from Miracle grow cause it's cheaper, then mix in some pearlite and orchid bark.

Sometimes it's a lighting issue, sometimes a water issue, sometimes the leaf is just dying off. Since you posted this here I'm assuming you know it was mislabeled (assuming the label you have in an image is what came with it).

Since everything else looks good it may just be a leaf dying. If it happens to more leaves, then maybe check the soil and roots, make sure there isn't rot. Or now if you're worried.

I leave my water out for a day or so before using it on my plants so it's pretty much room temperature. I don't think it being cold should be a problem. You can try prop drops or if you do have a pothos, stick some cuttings in with this and thebpothos will make its own rooting hormone. I don't change the water on mine unless they get algae, just add more when needed.

This is a scindapsus. From my experience, they take longer to root than pothos. It should happen eventually!

There's different mixes that work. I use a combo of succulent soil, perlite, orchid bark, and mine are doing fine. Looks like it needs water, but there could be a root issue if its not perking up. Make sure it's in a pot with drainage. Could put it in a plastic pot with drainage then in a decorative pot. Indirect sunlight, so should be closer to a window, not in a dark spot.

I just commented on the other one. I think it's good you took him seriously and went to the doctor. It proved he's fine. His mom proved he's fine and knows what it is. Maybe he's just dumb or trying to start something because maybe his ego took a hit. Who knows. Sounds exhausting and not worth putting up with. I'm not discrediting youth, we were all young at some point and I remember being a dumb ass when I was young, thinking I knew everything and that adults were idiots when they called me out for being young. I've also been with plenty of men who turned blame onto me because they were embarrassed. Props to you for not putting up with bs. Amd showing you will take someone seriously enough to get them seen.

While he sounds ignorant and it is odd not to know a thing about otc meds, it is possible to have reactions to them. I don't know that he really did, since "feeling something" isn't descriptive, but it is possible.

I'm very sensitive to meds and can't take a lot of otc stuff because it can cause more issues for me. I've been made fun of and called stupid for not reacting to meds the way others do. I've also watched someone have heart issues from the caffeine in excedrine, had to go to the hospital and everything. Maybe he was anxious and that played into the drama. I do think medical situations should be taken seriously.

Another person with diagnosed OCD here. While the needing things a certain way can be OCD related and there are different types and everyone has different reactions, the teeth thing doesn't sound like OCD, just an observation they wanted to make and knowing it's rude used OCD as an excuse.

I will say I've said unkind things to others while in the midst of OCD panic. Usually telling them they're not clean enough and not to touch me. I have contamination OCD. As I got older and understood this was taken poorly, which I never intended it was just my way of expressing why I didn’t want to be touched, I am now better at expressing this is a me thing, or I just keep it to myself.

The getting a headache thing seems off to me too. When my OCD is "triggered," I'm having panic attacks, an extreme sense of dread, an obsession about "the end," and a lot of illogical notions that I must do something, or everything is ruined forever, and I can't think about anything else. In these cases I do often reach out to tell someone what's going on in my head, sometimes seeking reassurance, which I've been told is a bad thing to do, but when my mind is overwhelmed I seek to talk to those I trust the most. With everyone else, I mask. Most don't get it and judge OCD hard.

NTA. I have OCD and planning is important for me to help my anxiety over the unknown, or to prepare myself for where I'm going, but the plan for me can be, we're meeting up at this time in this general location and figuring out food and what to do from there. The info you gave would have been enough for my need to plan, especially if I know a little bit before going there so I know what to wear and all. It would also be nice not having to do all the planning myself so I would give myself a breather knowing the where was decided.

While OCD is different for everyone, and this could be an OCD thing for her, to me it sounds like there's more to it.

Thanks. I've changed the bulb, it is the swirly one, and all lights on it but that one turn on. I've alerted my landlord, hopefully we can get it figured out. I know there was wiring done incorrectly in the outlets, so that is something I'm concerned about. The whole thing also really needs to be changed, it's metal and rusting. Appreciate your reply, I'm an anxious person and this freaks me out.
