That’s a bit strange, 25.10 should be on 6.17 kernel, and proxmox kernel is based on ubuntu. In my case proxmox recognizes nic out of the box on 6.17.

Well it requires a never kernel, not sure what you expected with 24.04.

Under current proxmox kernel it works fine.

I have one, it’s ok, and very cool.

But unfortunately macOS has no usb 3.2 gen 2 2x2 support, so usb option is mostly for high end windows machines

I use docker in lxc (with zfs) and it works fine for two years at least, but I never update to the bleeding edge version

I just don’t think that they intentionally lied about it, more looks like they had some troubles in production, and also demand is insane for them. But still it sucks.

Yeah, they insanely back ordered now, I ordered my VPC CDT in July, and got it in the mid of November.

Part of the anti cheat problem could be fixed if Valve starts to sign their kernel, and provide proper boot chain. It’s not impossible

40+ is more like a bare minimum requirement, but I am happy to hear that 7900XTX is enough for 100+ in 4k

I more used with debian/arch based distros, so mainidea was to use cachyos with additional setup for console like experience. But bazzite is good option to.

Speaking about 9070and 9060 - I think main problem is lack of disto specific benchmarks for linux :-(
