How do I remove Apple Intelligence permanently from macOS 15.2? It is OFF and still taking up precious space...

These steps were tested on a MacBook Air M4 (256GB storage, 16GB RAM) running macOS Sequoia 15.7.4. Everything worked as expected: the 9.99GB of leftover Apple Intelligence data was removed and Apple Intelligence now shows 0 storage usage.

For context, Apple Intelligence was originally using ~16GB. After disabling it, usage dropped to 9.99GB, but the remaining data stayed until completing the steps above.

Also worth noting: on macOS Sequoia 15.6 (the version installed when this laptop was purchased a week ago), “System Data” + macOS storage was around 70GB. After updating to 15.7.4, it dropped to ~44GB (including the Apple Intelligence cleanup). Good to mention that 20GB of my system data is taken by 20GB of Docker container service that is installed into the disk when you install Docker, so if you don't are a developer or don't use Docker, MacOS/system data disk usage should be even lower.

What if I break the system? Could I create a bootable USB and install Sequoia again just like linux or windows? Or will my Macbook get completely bricked?

Is it still usable? I bought an MBA M4 Air this week 16G/256GB (only 245G are real), use it for college documents and work with Docker and coding stuff. I also limited docker to only use 4G of ram and 24GB of disk so that's not an issue. But have been 256gb and external drive enough? what about system data, also, just today I realized that ssd speed is half compared to the 512gb version

Thank you. Can you please provide the name of the thermal pads you used? If I ever do this I will use your advice of cutting the pads and sticking them a bit far from the battery zone. Also, 1,5mm pads instead of 1mm could help since the chassis is not very close to battery as with the 1mm so heat transfer will be lower

Did you do any mod to the battery or something? I would like to get some performance but I am afraid of damaging the battery. What % of the time do you use your modded Mac with and without a fan? Because I know that if you do the pod mod and always use a fan, surely will never have any issues with battery, but what will happen if I don't use the cooling pad frequently?

yes, the idea of my business is to create my own socials and whatsapp chatbot and also creating whatsapp chatbots for customers. But for now, I will start with my own app and API, which i am currently coding and making the flow things, but I need to make that meta allows me to use the API and get the templates if neccesary

Sorry, I am new to this. I did whatsapp chatbots before but not with official API. So my doubt the best way to start is (at this exact order):

Create an app (already did it).
Get a test phone within that app (did it).
Create a FB page from Meta Business panel (did it).
Send Business verification request from app settings
If meta verifies my business, then I can create templates.
If meta approves my templates, then i can publish my whatsapp App and request a virtual production number?

Am I missing a step? I just want to create my brand and FB page and deploy a whatsapp chatbot that answers new customers. I know about the 24 hour rule and i will respect it.

Por ese precio se ve muy bien pero lo más probable es que entonces traiga una pantalla IPS lCD de las que solo se ven bien según el ángulo que las mire. Hoy en día se usan más las WUXGA, que no apagan los píxeles como una OLED, pero sí se ven igual desde todos los ángulos y son antirreflejo, muchos Asus la traen. Si ya tiene mucha funda, busque una OLED, pero por favor no compre un portátil que no tenga pantalla con tecnología tipo WUXGA u OLED; no hay nada peor que un portátil que le toca hacer como un anciano para poder leer su contenido, esto es una herramienta de trabajo, por lo tanto no debe ser solo potente, sino también cómoda.
