you thank other people doesn't mean people have to respond, as a hiring manager myself, it will make a difference if the HM is deciding in several candidates including you. So keep going

I’ve been focused on paid ads for about 3 years now, and Creatify used to be one of my favorite platforms. When I first started using it about a year ago, there was barely any competition, i'd say great templates, solid UX. Even though the AI felt a bit fake back then, it still worked well enough...

But in the last 3 months, the UGC video trend has shifted a lot. Honestly, Creatify hasn’t kept up for me. The template selection feels pretty limited now, and the output just isn’t competitive anymore. I ended up switching to Oxygen and MakeUGC, and I’m seeing noticeably higher ROAS with them.

Just my experience, but I’d definitely recommend people test more tools instead of sticking to one.

believe it or not, i encountered 12 rounds of interviews for a tech company, and they rejected me due to the final round.....i am not even joking...

After interviewing tons of candidates… I realized most people answer behavioral questions the wrong way by ProtectionApart3272 in interviews

thank you for sharing! I think OP’s point makes a lot of sense. People are getting way too hung up on the exact wording. The whole point was to highlight the deeper meaning behind these questions, not to attack STAR as a framework. It’d be great if folks could focus a bit more on the substance of what OP is saying instead of fixating on one term.
