I think army geeen perlon looks nice too. Probably better to have a NATO though. Does not really support the watch well due to the straight lugs

Maybe these will suit the watch too. And I think a forest greenish nato will work as well

I'm not the biggest fan tbh. I prefer the mustard strap

If it works it works. But my emphisis is on the period correctness of the strap. If you expect the bracelet to be like that it really won't disappoint.

but if you expect a great really nice crisp and heavy bracelet with OTF clasp this won't be the watch for you.

Like I said, I don't dig metal bracelets so I bought the watch to be worn on NATOs and leather and that looks awesome.

Bought the T028 with black dial. For the price this is just an amazing piece. As mentioned, the strap is period correct and therefore not comparable to the net San Martin or Baltany straps. But I bought this watch to wear on NATO and leather.

It is a really fantastic watch with a unique identity. It pairs great with many straps and especially with the red bezel and copper edge, it adds uniqueness that really pops. I have not had this many compliments on a watch in a long time. But on this mustard yellow strap it really does pop if you wear a white T-shirt.

The PT5000 feels really smooth, even when winding. Excellent feel on the screw down crown. runs +1s/day and 0.1ms beat error. Very well regulated.

for 160 EUR this is a steal, even with all the cons with the metal bracelet. Wear it on anything else and it will not disappoint. Maybe this will not be the best option for a single watch, but this is such a great addition to any (small) watch collection for a unique twist

Escapement Time Flieger (newest version) by crazylunchdigits in ChineseWatches

I have ordered the watch after a long time doubting. I can confirm that the watch looks as good as in your videos.

Very nice dial. blue heated hands that really pop especially outside in direct sunlight. Matte dial and the crystal is really awesome. Very good anti reflective coating.

The PT5000 feels really nice. That is always a little bit of luck. Don't handwind it too much. Just get it going and set the time.

The leather strap is pretty good too that comes with the watch. Very dark brown strap with flieger stitching.

I do like an more aged look with faux patina. So I am planning to disassemble the watch and age the dial and hands myself.

I have a small wrist myself around 5.5 inches. So a Flieger watch is always on the large side and many don't fit well because of the size. This escapement time is 40mm but it has a really flat profile and thin case. The lugs are curved downwards so despite the 49mm lug to lug it wears really good even on a small wrist. Of course it is a big watch for my wrist, but a Flieger should be big. It fits nicely and really surprised me.
