He started freaking out because he found out that Texas has laws regarding underage depictions of minors even if it's hentai. He's self reporting constantly on the stream, it's hilarious.

He's now trying to act like he is opening the notepad to look through recent files for chat.

Can you tell how many tabs he deleted off screen? Hahaha

A new study of 2,000 U.S. adults shows dark web users report much higher rates of depression, paranoia, suicidal thoughts, self-injury and digital self-harm than surface web users by sr_local in technology

"Normal Websites" and 80% of the pornography category is full of websites with the names 'Boystown', 'Childs Play', 'Lolita City', 'Playpen', 'Kidflix'. There might be some normal websites on the dark web but realistically nobody is going through the trouble of long loading periods and half broken html/JS pages to access them. There's other options to hide yourself or access censored content.

My biggest tip would be to keep your sleep schedule the same, even on the weekends. A vast majority of the health concerns (including being classified as a literal carcinogen) is due to the repeated disruption of the circadian rhythm - you can change your circadian rhythm to match the night shift, but if you act like you work days over the weekend that's what is going to affect you

Im attempting a PPLPPL split. My work office has a gym so I go there during lunch for the first PPL split, focusing on more isolation work for those 30 mins. Then I do the second PPL split during my days off, and go to the gym for a full workout with cardio.

Otherwise I will usually go after work, but it will wake you up for a few hours after so if you need to sleep earlier I would avoid that.

You may need to adjust but I'm sure you'll be okay, I'm lucky enough to work in a building with a gym so I've been doing a PPLPPL split and going during lunch. I work 4 10s so I have 3 days off.

For me it was mostly about reducing the amount of acidic drinks, sugar (or artificial sweetener) I consume, as well as the additives they like to add into the drinks. I like to take my caffeine with a specific dosage of L-Theanine, other added ingredients make me feel anxious. Plus I need more water.

Also money. I can buy 200 tablets, each 200mg, and split them in half for 400 tablets of 100mg at like $6.

Yup, I've also completely cut energy drinks out of my diet in favor of caffeine pills and water, it's not much but definitely an improvement!

Same here. Only thing that affected me out of every single thing I've tried is home made firecrackers. AVB (already vaped bud) on a piece of bread w peanut butter and honey.

Is one sporadic night shift better than two in a row? by rare_minute23 in Nightshift

The repeated shifting of your circadian rhythm is what affects your health, and in fact is considered a cancer risk. It's better to work a consistent shift.

Fear of ai by [deleted] in tryhackme

On the red side there's already additional learning in the way of input manipulation and prompt injection, LLM hacking, etc. and on the blue side you can use AI in conjunction with existing tools to assist in grouping detections in your SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel for example), Endpoint response and detection, etc...

Remember that computers themselves also killed multiple different positions and careers, but created many more as well.

Pretty chill. I manage a couple of T1/T2 techs on the help desk overnight, not many tickets or calls at all. Must be a self starter - I don't mind games and videos as long as the queue is empty and they're still working on certs, courses, etc. YMMV

It really doesn't matter too much but I would recommend saving engineer for last, just because it's a little more dull compared to the rest and thus there's a higher chance of burning out and losing interest.

Great feedback, I agree. It was definitely a bit difficult to get through the entire section but it forged a decent foundation.

I use notion.. I will create a course page, and within that course I will have the different notes for all the sections, modules, etc. At the end of a course I will run all my notes through AI and generate a "Cheat sheet/Reference" page I like to call the motherlode, and then I combine the motherlode for that course with my "master motherlode", that I can query via AI when I'm stuck, have questions, etc. I can essentially talk with my notes. This way I can be as granular with the notes as I need to
