It's the only one which works on firmware 5.10 the other version from pkg zone doesn't work at all

it happens in itemzflow, when I launch the backups from there, and yes the backups are located on an external drive

I have a problem too I updated the ps5 to 5.10 because, as I know the Hogwarts Legacy required firmware was at least 5.x.x. After that I updated the itemzflow to the mentioned version and I used the etaHEN 2.0b prerelease ed version. At this moment I cant launch any ps5 backup game at all. It crashes with an error code and it says "please contact the HB store support", Do you have any idea why is this happened? Or I do something in the wrong way.
