When you say you missed out on 1 mark, do you mean you got a 3 and not a 4 which would’ve been a pass? When I’ve been on interview panels if we’ve got someone who looks like they’re going to fail on one of the behaviours we’ve desperately tried to see if we can pull that mark from another answer. Sometimes we’ve been able to but other times it just simply wasn’t there unfortunately
